Our video conferencing provides all the benefits of the mediation process at no additional expense to you or your clients. We can tailor the use of general and breakout rooms so you can discuss your case with the other party, confidentially with just the members of your group, or privately with the mediator.  We can also provide telephonic options for participation. Our goal is to make the mediation process, either in-person or through video conferencing, as effective and smooth as possible.

While we prefer using Zoom, if you or your client prefer using Webex or another video conference platform, just let us know. We can work with nearly any video platform you prefer.
